Q Do you need to change your relationship with food? This week listen to the podcast from Jay Shetty featuring Dr. Oz. After you listen to the podcast write a post in 150-300 words on the following: 1. 1. What are three things you learned or would like to implement to make healthier habits in your life? 2. Identify one change you can make in the coming week. 3. Please respond to at least two others using 75-100 words. *You must post before you can see other students posts. *The initial post should be 150-300 words and is worth 30 points. This podcast was interesting to me about food. He opened with goals and how its important to set goals, or its like aiming at a target that's not there. It was brought out that its important to know your body and how it responds to certain foods and to pay attention to that. Sometimes we may be experiencing a food allergy and not realize that is what happening, because we don't pay attention to our bodies. He also shared that we can actually hack ourselves to be better eaters and that we can mold our taste buds.
